Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
  3. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill or bake for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
  7. Serve with naan or rice.
